Halloween 08

Here are the kids starting to act a little goofy- before the candy!

So, here we are at another Halloween, and this year, we decided to keep it close to home. We have always driven to other neighborhoods to try and find a great place to trick or treat- but this year, we were feeling lazy, and well, there are houses in our neighborhood now!
My little trick or treaters were a Grecian princess (Caelin), Captain Rex (Chad), Spiderman (Blake), and a pretty, pretty princess (Delaney). Chad tired out early and spent the last half riding the golf cart- but Delaney hung on to the bitter end- it was all about getting more candy!
I was sad earlier in the evening when I realized it was probably the last year Caelin would go with us- next year, she will probably want o go with her friends. Hard to believe she is a year and a half from her teenage years. But that is another post.
